Kevin helped me out with the sink and my thermostat and fixed them in less than 10 minutes. Maintenance always comes by quickly after submitting requests. 🙌🏽

I’m going to tell my family in Long Beach to come here to get away from the crime waves.. they’ll be so happy when they see the level of security that already exists automatically.. nobody will get in if their not key fobed up .. get stuck w/o ur key n you’ll learn the importance of the keyfob after 5:30-6p
