We have been here for almost 3 months it has been very smooth. My husband & I are glad we choose to rent here. As long as you mind your business, you won’t have any issues. All the staff are very professional and helpful!

Jose is a topnotch maintainer. He fixed the leaking dishwasher in his sleep. Kudos.

I really enjoy my place thank you. I love coming home at night and getting in my bed. I like walking to the parking lot it's the best feeling ever.

My first time renting an apartment was happy experience for me because the management and leasing agents are very nice and helpful while being very professional.the apartments and the grounds are also very nice and modern this is all in all great plece to live.

I had an issue with a clog in my bathroom sink and when I notified maintenance that day Chester immediately came to my unit and fixed the issue within 5 minutes. I'm completely satisfied with not only him fixing the issue but his immediate response that same day. He was very professional and cleaned up afterward.

Moved from the 3rd floor down to a bottom unit with a back door. If your able to deal with Benjamin, I highly suggest it. He took care of all my questions and made it all happen.... He is amazing and will always respond to your emails quickly. Thank you Benjamin Hall...

I feel safer here than in a house and maintenence is pretty quick about taking care of anything that needs to be fixed!

So the ladies that worked in the office helped me get a place here and Montoya I will never forget because she worked to get me a place here in a very timely manner and was very awesome in helping me get a beautiful home. I like all the ladies and gentlemen that work in the offices. They are all Profesional and respectful. My apartment is amazing. I love it to death. I want nothing more than to live here and have a nice time enjoying my home and having a safe space for my snakes. They are safe and I am happy. Pet friendly place as well. And the ladies are very awesome in the fact that they are able and willing to hold our packages for us which is very kind of them. I got them a cute little bouquet of flowers a couple weeks ago for their office. I hope you put new flowers in the jar!

Compared to the one star reviews, I found TIA to be very helpful. She was very nice, and informative about the complex. I have had an amazing experience so far and I cannot wait to move in!!!
