Great job , Execellent Response when I was having problems with my water drains come and fixed the problem same day .

That was an excellent job! One of the technicians visited the unit in the middle of the day, and by changing the lamp could fix the issue quickly. Also, he checked another light one (yellow) and considered it should be changed later. He didn't have the same lamp yesterday and is supposed to come back another day with a new one!

It’s been 3 years and I have no major complaints about Monterey station. Well kept and clean courtyard/gym I love the maintenance guys they’re usually on top of things it’s never hard to put in a request and it will be fixed love having a washer / dryer in the unit. Front office staff is great 👍🏽 thank you Montoya ,James , kevin and Benjamin never hard to get a hold of and have always been very professional there’s a small dog park for your fur babies I suggest getting assigned parking because it does get packed some nights. There’s security which I appreciate they have always been really cool also great location we’re by the 10,71,60,57 freeways which is convenient:)
