Our experience is great.

You're next to all of Pomona's best activities and even though P-town can get a bad rep, it's not bad if you stay in the DTP and local area. Just be smart about your safety and your belongings, similar to city life. On the plus, theres so much nightlife, shopping, and dining literally steps outside your door. Also extremely close to transit which is a plus if you're a commuter! They have a ton of different unit options with great price points. Not to mention the modern amenities are really nice. The 2 times I've had to deal with customer service related issues, they have always been super helpful and polite.

YOU WILL DEFINITELY NOT FIND A COMPLEX LIKE THIS ONE IN THE AREA FOR A BETTER PRICE. TRUST ME WE LOOKED BEFORE GETTING APPROVED FOR HERE. LET ME JUST SAY THAT. YOU GET A WASHER/DRYER/DISHWASHER IN YOUR UNIT—GYM IS ALWAYS WELL KEPT AND POOL /POOL AREA IS CLEAN EVERY TIME I HAVE GONE IN WITH MY FAMILY. NOW THE DOG PARK DOES GET GROSS BUT THAT IS ALSO BECAUSE RESIDENTS DO NOT PICK UP AFTER THEIR PETS. EVEN THOUGH DOGGY POOP BAGS ARE PROVIDED FOR US FOR FREE. IVE BEEN HERE FOR ABOUT A YEAR, YES MY CAR WAR BROKEN INTO TWICE BUT THAT HAPPENS LITERALLY ANY WHERE U LIVE EVEN IF YOURE A HOMEOWNER. IF YOU HAVE GOOD INSURANCE YOU WILL BE OKAY AND IF YOU DONT THATS YOUR FAULT. WE ARE IN DOWNTOWN SO YES THERES BUMS THAT WILL COME IN AND GO THROUGH THE DUMPSTERS—ROAM THE HALLS WICH IS ANNOYING BUY THEY HAVE RECENTLY GOTTEN BETTER ARMED SECURITY GUARDS SO IVE SEEN LESS BUMS COMING AROUND WICH IS NICE. THEY DO THIER BEST TO KEEP THE HALLS CLEAN—OFFICE/MAINTENANCE HANDLE MY ISSUES QUICKLY AND ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL—NO PROBLEM WITH OTHER RESIDENTS. ITS A DECENT PLACE TO LIVE —ITS MORE THE SURROUNDING AREA BUT IF YOU MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS YOULL BE FINE. WE LIKE IT HERE.

Lived here with my husband and son for 3 years. It’s decent, pretty well kept other than dog poop around the complex (doggie bags provided free for the residents) parking gets pretty jam packed but u usually find a spot somewhere (I get off work at midnight) but u can also purchase a parking spot. Love the washer dryer in unit and it’s not hard to get anything in the unit fixed they are usually on top of it whenever I put in a maintenance request. Shout out to the hard working maintenance guys!! Love that we are by the 60,71,10 FWY very convenient. Surrounding area can get a bit sketchy with all the transients traveling through from the bus station and train and there’s bums around but I mind my own business go to work and come home. There’s security u can call them when u need to. But There’s nice parks around we take my son to and the they have lots of events in downtown within walking distance so that’s cool too. It’s a nice spacious apartment and they try their best to keep the homeless out I’ve personally seen security even maintenance guys throw ppl out so they do try. We like it here and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon also the office staff is great 👍🏽!
