Quick Response everytime I've need repair or maintenance done on my apartment. Bryon and Andrew have both come to my apartment and resolved any issues quickly and professionally.

I put in a maintenance request the other day and Bryon resolved my issue immediately the next day by installing a new bulb in my closet. Unfortunately, I was unable to do it myself because of the high ceiling. He was very professional and courteous while doing his job. I have nothing but good things to say about living here at the Monterey Station here in Pomona, CA.

I’ve lived here about 2.5 years the service is good, management is good. Bryon has always been very helpful and quick providing any maintenance work! Usually gets done the same day if not the next !

I had a good experience at Monterey Station. My studio was spacious and modern on the inside. Maintenance acted quickly whenever I had any issues. Security was easily accessible. Never had any problems even though it’s located in a kinda sketchy area in Pomona. The leasing office was a little hard to get ahold of at times, but usually returned calls promptly. There was definitely a change for the better once they changed management.
